Andrew Wall – Licensed Real Estate Agent / Stock and Station Agent / Rural
Property Marketing / Operations Management

Andrew has a multifaceted role in the company lead by his passion for selling and
marketing rural and lifestyle properties across New South Wales. Being raised in a
real estate environment, with his dad being principal and founder of Ray White Rural
Lifestyle Sydney as well as a successful agent, over time Andrew has developed his
own wealth of knowledge in the property industry. From auctions to stock
management, his insight is incredibly valuable to both vendors and buyers, and he
has a knack for showcasing listings in their best light— even touring potential buyers
around large properties on quad bikes to get the full experience. With a positive
attitude and eagerness to achieve results, he works hard for his clients to
consistently deliver the best possible outcome.

A practical thinker with a Bachelor of Construction Management and Property from
the University of New South Wales, Andrew previously excelled in project
management in Sydney where he was responsible for the construction of a wide
range of large-scale properties, including pubs, hospitals, and the newly refurbished
Mary Ellen Hotel in Newcastle. Although grateful for his experience, he realised that
life behind the desk in the big city was not for him, and decided to step into a more
fitting property-focused role in real estate closer to his country roots.

Andrew prides himself on his honesty and the desire to do right by everyone he does
business with. Using a combination of his professionalism, down-to-earth nature and
organic people skills, Andrew builds relationships with ease, aligning with his belief
that to be a good agent, you need to be a good people person. Raised with a work
ethic integral to rural living, he understands that performance equals reward, and his
constant effort and dedication to his work reflects that.

Born in Newcastle and moving around the countryside to Tocal and beyond, he’s no
stranger to living on the land, vouching that he was weaned on milkshakes from the
Paterson Shop. His rural living resume includes growing up on 10,000 acres in
Trangie (West of Dubbo), and 4,500 acres in Camden, and has been involved in
running beef cattle with his father for as long as he can remember on properties in
Dungog, Wards River, Gloucester & Coonabarabran.

Engaging in exercise for fitness and mental clarity, he takes advantage of seaside
living on the ever-desired shores of Newcastle with morning runs with mates
followed by coffees from the beloved Convoy Commune, as well as spending time
with his partner. Owning 300 acres at Gloucester, he spends weekends working on
the property and relishing in the country lifestyle that he advocates for on the daily,
and loves a round of golf when timing permits.

If you are looking for transparency and expertise at any stage of your real estate
journey. Andrew is the one to talk to.
