Meet Katherine, Sales Associate and Licenced Agent at Ray White
Maitland.

After the COVID boom left her pondering possibility, Katherine and her family
decided to take the leap from coast-to-coast, starting in Western Australia and
travelling in an upgraded campervan to her destination of Maitland. Katherine blends
into the community seamlessly and has worked hard to succeed as an agent in the
area in her short time.

In terms of experience, there’s not much Katherine hasn’t done. From ten years in
hospitality, to mustering cattle and pouring beers in the outback, the one underlying
principle that guides her direction in her work is helping people, which is a
foundational aspect of Ray White Maitland.

Starting as an assistant, she graduated to being a licensed agent ever so naturally. It
doesn’t take long to notice Katherine’s people skills are unlimited with unmatched
experience plucked from her time exploring our beautiful country and interacting with
people from all walks of life. She is approachable and empathetic, and transparency
shines through; she tells it like it is, even the hard stuff, exuding honesty at the best
and worst of times. Her determination buffered by her “go-with-the-flow” demeanour
is ever-cherished throughout the industry and is committed to working until she gets
the results.

She’s an outdoors lover, spending her free time with her young family and popping
up to Boat Harbour every now and then to go fishing with her Dad. Katherine’s
personal qualities and life experiences are what makes her such a driven and
successful agent who reaps the results for her clients time and time again.

She stays humble and driven, knowing there’s always room for improvement. To
