Meet Kirby Clarke – Sales Administrator/ Licensed Real Estate Agent / Stock and Station Agent
Beginning her career with Ray White Gloucester in 2023, Kirby has already provided
incredible value to her team and shows no sign of stopping. It’s in her sales
administration role that she’s learnt the fundamentals of real estate, but it’s her
inherent character and desire to perform that are the basis for her everyday success.
A quiet achiever with a positive demeanour, Kirby holds an abundance of
characteristics that amplify her performance as a sales administrator. Her previous
role as a pharmacy technician for over ten years required meticulous attention to
detail, which has been very useful in her career at Ray White; she prides herself on
her problem solving and organisational skills, handling everyday responsibilities with
ease, breezing through adversities, and simplifying the back end of real estate
transactions. She is intent on being a successful stock and station agent one day,
and her work ethic (courtesy of her upbringing with farmers) tied with her passion for
country life is the perfect foundation for this – she finds so much joy in seeing all the
facets of rural properties and she loves the learning aspect of her position alongside
the support of her team.
Hailing from Kempsey and growing up as a fifth-generation farmer, she thrives in the
country, choosing to settle in the beloved community of Gloucester with her fiancé.
She loves heading back to her hometown for some valuable time with her family on
their farm, and enjoys camping, horse riding and days spent in the company of her
friends and her partner. With her first-born on the way, she’s excited to experience a
new chapter and is already eager to get back and show her full potential as a rural
sales agent.
