Montana transferred straight from school to the industry, which is pretty impressive
for her age. She had always been intrigued by the real estate world with her dad
being in the industry, and decided to follow his footsteps firstly by doing work
experience with Ray White. Within a short time, she has made a lasting impression
on her team and has exhibited her potential to do great things.

Although this is her first position in real estate, you wouldn’t know it at face value–her
professionality buffered by her bubbly demeanour and infectious energy constantly
brighten up the office and makes clients feel welcome.

People value Montana’s passion in her day-to-day; an absorber of knowledge, she is
keen to learn and has developed great initiative in her duties. She is an intuitive
thinker, great at reading character and navigating uncomfortable situations, priding
herself on her people skills (and loving the daily interactions with her team and the
community). She attributes her quick learning to her incredible mentors. When she’s
ready to further her career, she’s looking forward to jumping into the sales world and
is confident that she will be supported by her fantastic team.

Born and raised in Clarence Town, she holds locals-only knowledge that’s extremely
valuable, and is an avid advocate for the community, spending her spare time being
involved with Women’s NRL in the area.
